i'm 35 weeks and six days on the instant. I measured 40 two weeks at my appointment final week, became 2 cm dilated and 50% effaced. I surely have tightness and tension and cramping down there... the scientific expert advised me that the cramping is out of your cervix dilating, and that's good to get menstrual like cramps, it ability which you're progressing. The tightness and tension is from the toddler dropping, or from the region and place of his head. I surely have been getting BH contractions on and stale for the final 2 weeks which provides me a tightness in my bigger uterus and decrease back soreness. I surely have extreme blood tension so i flow to the scientific expert two times a week and have yet another appointment on the instant. yet i would not hassle, each and all the indicators you're having are what i'm having and the scientific expert advised me that they are very popular. once you carry a huge toddler you have much less potential. My wager is that your physique is slowly progressing, yet exertions probably isn't in the subsequent couple of days (except you have lost your mucus plug and have had somewhat some contractions) =) good success mama!

not really they say the baby can gain up to a pound a week at the end... but that is not always the case. With 5 weeks to go.. you can go into labor anytime during these next 5 weeks... so being 6 pounds now is great for you... don't worry about it, your baby will grow to their healthy normal weight, you should be happy some women have had their babies be already 8 pounds at this mark. gl

im 34 weeks and when i had an ultrasound done at 32 weeks becuase i went into the hospital for preterm contractions my son weighed 5lbs 4 oz. So im sure hes grown since then! Anyways my ob said he'll either end up coming a little early or i'll have a big baby.

No, both my kids were 8 and 8 1/2 lbs, so probably your baby will be close to that. Near the end of pregnancy, the growth of the baby slows, so don't worry about have a gigantic baby, he will be just fine! Congrats on your impending birth. Good Luck

Nope alot of babies are about 6 lbs at the 35 week mark. Also ultrasounds aren't entirely accurate as far as weight goes.

no, there is nothing wrong with that. the baby will probably be about 6 1/2- 7 1/2 pounds when it is born. my son weighed more then that when he was born and he was fine. totally natural birth with him.
