Why don't you wait for a little bit more. You seem to give enough info online about your self online enough. Remember not to meet any body online, in real life. They may be fake even with a picture by there IM.

Anyways if you want to set your home page you can go into your internet browser and click tool then internet options then you will see something that says home page you can type a address in there. now when you open your browser that website will be your home page? Is this what your were asking?
