Yes, but I have learned it is best to learn from mistakes and move on. Otherwise you get stuck in a rut and never get anywhere good in life.

"What if I did this" can not be changed however it can be used to see when it comes your way next time : )
And for one opportunity that you miss
More will come your way
Only if your eye's are open to see it
Life is what you make it
So if you make mistakes
Then only you can learn from those mistakes

I use to but i now try to live by the 'everything happens for a reason' theory. I believe that everything that happens is meant to happen and what dont happen isn't meant to happen. So no I dont regret missed opportunities, i just wait for something even better to come along and it almost always does.

OH yes I do..and as the years go by, I beat myself up more and more that I did not react and take those opportunities when they presented themselves to me ...one was a girl a long time ago, and we were under the raft at the beach and..well I knew she was a friends girlfriend, so I backed off..loyal you know...but now..I kick myself when ever I think of her...
so go after them when opportunity knocks, answer the door and grab on real hard and do not let go..
