Several years ago I bought one of those redwood signs at a Covered Bridge festival in Indiana. The kind where they put your family names on it. My friend is wanting one for himself. Does anyone know of someone that will make one for him? He also wants his family crest put on it. Thanks!

A couple of ideas from a hobbyist woodworker. First, the redwood sign makers habitually frequent the county and state fairs. If you're not a in hurry, you have a good chance of finding one there. Second, many woodworking stores such as Rockler (http://www.rockler.com/) or woodcraft (http://www.woodcraft.com/) teach classes on router work and sign-making. Looking up a nearby store and giving them a call should give you a good lead on a sign-maker who can help you out. Good Luck!

You can get these custom made signs on ebay..
Just type in the search on ebay custom redwood sign.. That should do it..
