All women have Montgomery's tubercles, but they are more prominent in some than in others, and may be more noticeable when the breasts swell during pregnancy. If you look at the areolae around your nipples, the tubercles are the little bumps within the areolae which become harder and more visible when your nipple becomes erect.

they are little (sometimes) white, sometimes flesh colored bumps around the aerola during pregnancy/THEY ARE TOTALLY NORMAL!! They may sometimes leak, but generally during the last weeks of pregnancy. My Dr told me they are basically to help inhibit bacteria from forming while you breastfeed, to help prevent the baby from getting "thrush mouth".DO NOT wash with antibacterial soap, just water is fine!
Perfectly normal, they just look a little strange!

They look like you've got a little spot/ pimple on your nipple. I noticed one before I'd even missed my first period.
