I got my belly button pieced a while ago and still have the mark of it how could i open it up without causing an infection and paying to get it done again

Your best bet, and safest bet, is to just get it done again by a professional. You can always stick your own needle through it to open it that way. But thats not very health or safe.

If the tissues have fused back together to seal the opening, most likely you're going to have to have it pierced again. Otherwise, you'll end up ripping apart new tissue, and possibly incurring an infection along the way.

No don't try it! you'll get an infection and then you'll need to pay for the treatment - better to get it repierced.

however - getting it pierced the 2nd time is tough because the skin is harder ...

theres usaully some sort of thing that will help it at meijer or kroger or somin somin
