so I answered two questions in one...
the only low carb was the turkey...everything else went to far over, I might not be able to eat until Christmas...
I am finding it extremely hard to stay on this diet....

Q.1 Can't answer because don't know how many!! Q.2 Blew it? What? Oh, the diet? I'm on see- food diet. Will eat Thanks- giving meal on week-end. Will b better than usual. Often do not follo diet - should keep triglycerides down.

ive lost 11lbs in five weeks.i also blew it on turkey day..dont fret just get back to eating low carb,not a problem. i got these capsules at walmart($5-6.) its called carb intercept.all it is ,is white kidney bean extract.they are amazing,i can still eat carbs!! you take 1-2 right before you eat..the brand name is natrol..i highly suggest taking these. its nothing but white kidney bean..go to www.natrol.com.you can order them online.

I'm not but you can blow any diet once a week. It's actually good to do that so your body does not adjust and compensate against what you are doing.

no low cal food here, but if I could gain a few pounds, shoulda -woulda on thanksgiving day, for I has plently of second helping and later had dessert, "PIE' pumkin

Well, my diet went all to heck with the dressing and mashed potatoes, but that's why we have New Years' Resolutions. LOL
