Is is ok to go out by yourself if none of your friends are in town to go out with you?

It's ok - but not always safe. Make sure the places you go have lit parking and/or places to safely wait for a cab or bus. And don't take tons of money with you, that's just asking for it!

It is a very self-confident and well adjusted person who can go out and have dinner, or take in a movie.....alone! I do it all the time. In fact, I have met some of my best associates and friends in this way - they were out by themselves - and eventually, we got together...

Yeah why not? I go to the movies & dine out alone if I want to & no one is around. But if you're underage, it may depend on certain other factors, like parental consent & such......

Depends where you live. If your in a medium/big city, and ur 13 or over, i say why not (unless its night). If you live in a small city, i dont know what to tell you. U should be fine :-P

Of course it is...and it gives you a chance to meet new people. Just be safe, and don't go anywhere sketchy, and don't go away from anywhere with anyone you don't know.

I go out with myself alot b/c I like my own personal company & I like to browse art exhibits & museums... & I think my friends slow me down sometimes places like that. :)
