I don't think any TV show really showed me the bisexual lifestyle as attractive- particularly because you really can't find any! And I've always been more attracted to men than women (I'm a woman), so all the lesbian shows didn't do that much to make me go 'hmm, I want that', although they did help TREMENDOUSLY in changing my perceptions of gay rights and all that (yay for Ellen- I loved watching her show).
I always had a thing for Noblet and Jellineck on 'Strangers with Candy'- my favorite closeted gay couple who still make me squirm and wish Stephen Colbert was bisexual in real life!

no, I knew I was lesbian long before that...AND I was out. I never dated the opposite sex....not that any tv show would influence that.
I like Ellen, Will & Grace, Queer as Folk and The L Word.

I didn't become a lesbian because of a show but one helped me out after i came out to myself.
Ellen has been so inspirational. I catch the reruns on Oxygen channel and it has been like mirror images of has been occurring as far as me coming out to people.
Queer as folk is also a good show that i just started watching.

I was already out when "Queer As Folk" aired, but that was my favorite show. I was out when "Ellen" came out. But I like all the shows, still, including "The L Word", "Will and Grace".

will and grace. and all my gay friends. Them not caring what anyone thinks of them is awesome to me. Cause I dont care what people think of me. No i didnt stop dating the opposite sex. Im married and have two kids. But I will embrace anyone who is gay, cause they cant help it. And I think the world should too!!!
