I had severe leg cramps throughout my pregnancy here are a few ideas that worked for me.
1. Sleep with a pillow between your legs
2. Eat some bananas - the potassium can decrease the severity and frequency of the spasms.
3. A hot shower and massage of your legs before bed can also be of help
I hope some of these are able to help

This is very common. Eating nuts and bananas for potassium and magnesium helped me some. When the cramp strikes, get out of bed, brace your arms against the wall and do a slow push up position against it. This will lengthen the muscles in your leg and give you some relief. Then you can go back to bed until the next one hits. :(

Take heart: it's almost over!

Wow all the wonders of pregnancy. When I had this my doctor prescibed me with some calcium pills that did the trick. That and sleeping with a pillow between my legs is all you can really do. You're close so good luck and get ready for the most amazing thing you will ever experience, the birth of your baby.

Sleep with your legs elevated, try to keep them above your heart. When you are resting during the day elevate your legs as much as possible. I used to lie next to the wall in kind of an L shape with my legs going up the wall. It looks strange but it helped with the cramping.

Me Too! Mine sometimes hurt so much my leg still aches in the morning. One thing that helped me was eating bananas. Apparently the potassium helps.

The Babycenter website has lots of suggestions (stretching, walking, drinking a lot...). See link below.

Not long to go now. Best wishes.
