I am poor and I appreciate the value of a dollar. I would like some suggestion on how to make one dollar without working a job
and nothing illegal. Im not sure if its even possible but I am open minded.

Your statement is a contradiction. If you appreciate the value of a dollar then you should appreciate the effort to earn it. If you chose not to work for it, then either pander for money or invest smartly - those are the only two methods I can think of at the moment.

Here's something you can try:

Start a blog about whatever you want, and have Google Adsense on it. You can get a free blog at blogger.com. Write unique content about something interesting on your blog and post regularly. Drive traffic to your blog by pinging it with pingoat.com and by using free advertising methods that you can research easily. When people click on your Google ads you make money (but be sure not to click on them yourself or risk getting banned).
