when i was younger i used Always - they are great, very effective and good price. however tampons are something to try. much cleaner [less mess] and no smell. can take a while to get used to - but once you start you never look back! you can wear white trousers [if the desire takes you!] and go swimming!!

my girlfriend makes sure i'm using 'Always'. according to her they r the best although i dont have any use of them. Also she inserts a tampon up my rear. i have to wear both everyday as there is no menstrual cycle for a guy like me

I use natracare pads because they have no perfume and are plastic free. Recommend that you try them out as they also are eco friendly.
