I manage a huge greenhouse range. NO!

With good reasons, we keep each house as sterile as possible to keep out disease and insects. I would have said no to any plant.
Tobacco is especially BAD.
It can carry a virus that will kill a lifetime of work in a couple of months, and you will never be sure again that hour greenhouses are free of Tobacco Wilt Virus. It is harbored in Tobacco and spread by insects with sucking mouth parts, like aphids, thrips, and whitefly!
So, no one in their right mind would allow Tobacco plants in a clean greenhouse or nursery business! SORRY

tobacco is very easy to grow, but illegal in many countries.

most nurseries would probably say no to this specific request
