No, I think one's personality makes them more attractive, money would have nothing to do with it for me. :)

Yes, if you spend the money on your looks. Plastic surgery, liposuction, or hair replacement etc.. You can get your teeth capped, and many, many other procedures that improve your looks. But like I said, the money only improves your looks if that's what you choose to spend it on.
