We just got bought out...we went from a very professional sales team to a temp-based call center in the matter of two months. We have to log into our phone and the computer to leave our desk to go to the bathroom. They run reports about every single second of what each sales rep does...it' childish and out of line.Not to mention that the new temps they hire are paid 1/2 and have no work experience...or social skills.
what do i do? I just go in every day, send out 10 resumes and put up great sales numbers...then if they say to me"you took an hour and 10 on lunch today" i reply, "did you happen to notice who had the most sales today?"

My current boss is terrific! My previous boss (a woman) drove all of us nuts with micro managing. It was like being in Junior high school again.

My current supervisor is cool. He talks with us and works with us too. He started doing what we do so he knows how it all works.

Both of my bosses are pretty much supervising, they are around if theres's a problem or you need help.
