Amy Lee designs her own clothes and sometimes even sews them. I doubt there will be one like that.

I wish I could help you on that one because Amy Lee is the BOMB!!!. I think that she looks sexy as hell in that video. If you do find the dress by all means buy the damn thing. I bet you will look as good as Amy does. good luck
