how comfortable are rompers or dance overalls to wear?

Dunno what's rompers.

Overalls are comfortable to dance in if they are well made, but the trouble comes when you need to use the bathroom - you have a lot to take off and put back on, which is a bit annoying if you are sweaty.

Do you mean like a unitard? If so, there usually made of lycra(spandex) and move with your body so there pretty comfortable.
