Your body temperature rises during pregnancy so I expect that along with the increasing breast size it is only normal that you will sweat more.

there r lots of changes in your body during early pregnancy. no two pregnancies are the same . ita all to do with changes in your hormones so it is possible
my breasts were very sensitive and painfull for first couple of months . dont worry as it will pass soon. and good lucky with the rest of the pregnancy

I am unsure what you mean by sweat.
If your breasts are hot you may have an infectiopn so check with your doctor.
If they are leaking from the nipples this could be quite normal due to hormone changes in your body.
Or do you mean swell? This is also quite normal.
If you are concerned just check with your doctor or call NHS Direct.

Yes they do. They're getting ready for nursing, and lots of hormonal changes are going on. Good luck with your pregnancy.. ~~~
