I am pretty sure that his other kids are from his marraige with Nicole Kidman, and they adopted the kids that they have together.

I only heard that he adopted his wonderful son, Connor, who is black, but Cruise isn't the biological father....his biological parents have never been revealed since, Tom and Nicole adopted Connor and their daughter, Isabella, because they are their real parents now.

he does not have a black biological son!! his only bio-kid is suri who he had with katie holmes. his son is black but not biological, him and nicole adopted him and their daughter they had.
