Well, I am on birth control (ortho tri cyclen lo) and on my second week of pills I missed 3 b/c I went out of town and forgot them. So, now my period was due wednesday or thursday. (usually thrusday) But, nothing yet...except....my hubby and I had sex this morning and I bled some during, but nothing since then at all. I don't feel pregnant. I have had 2 children, but I am VERY regular. What do you think??

Missing that many pills in one week is like not taking any at all - even if you took the rest of the pills for the rest of the month, you were still not protected. Generally, women ovulate sometime around 8-14 days after the first day of their period, but you can get pregnant at almost anytime during your cycle.
Missing the pills threw your body's hormones off kilter, and you may get a late period, a lighter than normal period, or none at all. If your period still hasn't started by December 3rd, try taking a home pregnancy test. You might also want to call your ob/gyn and discuss it with him/her - your doctor is the best person to get medical advice from.

If you miss three or more pills in a row at any time during the month, you are at risk of being pregnant. Take a pregnancy test.

my doctor always told me that if you miss 3 or more pills throw away the pack and start the following sunday because when you miss 3 days worth of pills then it can mess up you cycle and cause you to:
A.) get pregnant
B.) start your period to early and mess up your hormones ect.

taking birth control, and missing some pills can make you irregular. bleeding osme might cause your period to come on. wait a few week sand take a test.
