i got 7 as the index √7v

Close. 56/7 = 8, so it would be √8v, or 2√2v.

first square the equation and get

56v^2r/7vr

then simplify:- r/r = 1 so you get
56v^2/7v

then simplify the v and you get

56v/7

then divide 56 by 7 and you get

8v <-------this is your answer
