in NY state,if a person has had a legal seperation for over 10 yrs,can they get a divorce at no cost?

just a formality...child support has been going for over 10 yrs...

Nope you would still have to pay court costs and costs to file the papers_

your best bet is to either check within the county you live in with the courts. but I'm thinking that no it's still gonna cost for filing fees etc. good luck
