Hey. My cousin who loves horror movies really wanted me to see the SAW trilogy. she said that the genius of it is why shes so fascinated. I really don't plan on watching any of these cause I have no time to sit and watch movies anymore, but if someone could give me a whole walk through of the movies and why its so genius it would be much appreciated.

Actually Saw isn't a trilogy, because it was confirmed that they are making Saw 4, and it is being released on October 26, 2007. You don't have to even see the first two movies to know what happens, as they explain it all in Saw 3. Go to this site to read about all three movies....

omg omg omg...the Saw movies are the BEST ever. its not that they are scary cuz i didn't get scared when i saw them, but they are very absorbing. basically, this sick masterminded criminal ("Jigsaw") puts people in these situations that give them the chance to either live or die (like having to cut into themselves or someone else to retrieve a key that unlocks a contraption attached to them that will soon kill them). when i say Jigsaw is sick, he really is...he will soon die of a disease that is killing him. but anyway, the storylines follow the paths of some ordinary people that are suddenly involved in saving their own lives. both of the movies have amazing twists at the end. so if you can find the time, go watch them with your cousin.

To make it short, there is a guy named Jigsaw who puts people in life or death situations to make them appreciate the lives they have. To do things so horrible to theirselves just to be able to "live." It really is one of the greatest horror movies and IF you end up having time to watch movies, I highly reccomend you watching them!!
