I have a guild now and there are ranks in them...its a Alliance guild. So I was wondering what rank should someone be threw what to levels.
Example: Oficer levels 20-39

Don't rank them in levels, rank them on how they participated and how old and good they are in the guild..
Like your best friend a lvl 20 founded the guild with you, he should be like 2nd in command or the guild master... and if a new level 60 joins he should be enlisted or so..
You can make your own ranks so, I'm not sure which are your rank names..

eh it's really up to you and what you want your guild to be.
More than likely your not gonna have many people stay in your guild as most people want to make it to higher end guilds when they get up in level. My guess is your building like a "family and friends" sort of guild with casual players. In that case give the officer titles to people who play most often.
