What is the difference btw innate (natural) and learned behavior in animals?

Learned behavior is a result of : trial & error, rewards & punishments, operant conditioning, repetition/habits,... (more).

Innate behavior is genetic, passed on through the generations, and characteristic of the species: Instincts (spiders build webs, birds fly to specific locations, seasonally, nest building, etc) , reflexes, mating behavior, taxis (e.g.,insects attracted to light), maternal behavior,.....more.
