My goldfish are huddiling in a corner together and barley moving. They are 6 yrs old and turning 7 in december. I know they are going to die soon but right now is way to soon. I dont know if they are cold, scared. thanks

It's normal they're like this right now, they need to get used to the new environment.
I hope you have put live bacterias in you new tank, and let it cycle for at least one week. And also that you didn't just throw them in there right away.

Goldfish can also live a very long time and they can live in cold water, so don't worry about that! Check this site to prove my points: http://www.goldfishparadise.com/water/temperature.php

Moving any kind of fish will put stress on them, maybe that is the problem. How long was the move? Did you use regular tap water? If you're in a city you may have chlorine in your water. Did you keep the temperature in the right zone?

Just give them a Chance to settle in and calm down. If after a week or so they're still acting strange then you should worry. There huddling together for safety and that's normal!

The fish probobly aren't used to being in that area. Secondly if you have them near a light move the light a little bit away, they may feel too frightened to come out.

it's the new water you put them in. it's shocking to them. if you move next time, save some of the old water.

they are probably just shocked by being moved give it a few days and they should be fine

they are just scared, give them time to adjust to the move
