No, I don't consider it as cheating. If that were true.......most of the people in this world would be quilty of that. It's more about fantasizing than any thing else.

Cheating is not the act of looking, or even the act of sex with someone else. It is the lies, and other forms of dishonesty.
If her husband hides the fact that he is looking at naked women on the internet, I suspect he isn't cheating because you know about it and you heard it from his wife. On the other hand if she didn't find out about it from him and he is hiding it then that is cheating and is very harmful, when it comes to trust. if that is so then he and his wife need to talk about this.

Looking at naked women on the net in itself is not cheating unless he is doing this behind her back or interacting with other women without her knowledge. It's natural for men and women to view it. As a society we have gotten some very big hangups about our bodies and sex. Does it bother the wife?

No by the aspect of they are not actually having sex with those women. But I a man who lusts after another woman even in his mind, has already commited adultery (cheating) against his wife.
Personally I think it's wrong for a man to look at any woman naked unless that woman is his wife.

It is not cheating. If your friend has a problem with it, then she has the issues. Would you rather have a man who harmlessly looks at women on the internet, or cheats? It is like comparing apples and oranges. Now, unless he is constantly looking at them, then he has a problem and needs to be helped, but it is still not cheating. :)

if so my hubby cheats on me almost every day..........no its not cheating. how can looking be cheating. my hubby can look at all the naked women he wants to look at. i have been know to look at them with him

I do not consider it cheating. UNLESS it was of a woman he knows in real life, then it is cheating. (S-I-L or co-worker or chick who bags the groceries at the local food market)
