Do you remember those commercials from the '90's that had the tagline "Beef. It's what's for dinner."? In each of those commercials, they were playing that famous piece of western-themed orchestra music, the one with all the strings, brass and xylophones. It's a very common orchestra piece that has been used in all kinds of movies and commercials over the years. Do you know which one I'm talking about? What's it called, who composed it, and what albums can I find it on?
