I exercise daily. I do 2 hours of Tae Kwon Do a minimum of 5 nights a week, as well as walk, jog, ride a bike or use the home gym.

ohh man, im like addicted to exercising!
this morning i ran 4 miles! i do that like twice a week, but everday(except Sundays) i AT LEAST run a half a mile, then do core: 3 sets of 3-counts(crunches where you keep you legs bent shoulder width apart, and you do 30 crunches with your arms extended 2 inches off the ground, then 30 crunches with your hands reaching for the tops of your knees, then 30 crunches reaching for the sky, with no breaks inbetween) 12 minutes of 90 10's (leg lifts) and 2 sets of 50 rotationals (crunches that work your obliques) and sometimes something new here and there. Thennn weights, working arms or legs, depending on wat day it is.
it might seem like alot, but its actually pretty fun!

I run five miles everyday and I do Pilates four times a week. After I had my last child two years ago, I was determined to get back in shape so I really worked out. I now exercise to stay in shape and because it gives me more energy.

I "exercise" too much!- since I can't get a "drivers license", I don't have a choice but get around daily on my mountain bike or walk! plus I work in a busy restaurant, -that's MORE exercise! It's all pain...

I actually should be in intense physiotherapy, but I'm so consumed with my divorce that I have neglected my physical recovery.
Shame since we have fully equipped gym at home with TV monitor mounted on the wall.

No. It's hard to find people who like to partake of my kind of vigorous excercise. Hiking, tennis, etc. I am in the worst shape of my life. My fault, I know. But I'm still in better shape than a lot of folks.

currently no not so much i am 38 weeks pregnaunt so house work is bout all i am up to but i used to exercise alot and plan on getting back to it soon
