I would not suggest buying it if you're serious about guitar.

In general, you get what you pay for.
I suppose it's possible that you could get a fabulous guitar at TJ Maxx, but I doubt it.
It's not so much about where you buy the guitar, as what the guitar itself is like.
If you aren't that serious about playing the guitar, a cheap one will be fine, but if you think you'll stick with it, you might as well get a nice one to start.
