Every baby will react different to the foods you eat so it's really trial and error now. You should eat as you normally do and if he/she has stinker poo, an upset stomach, or gasser than normal then you need to ask yourself what did I eat that I normally don't and cut that out for your diet for a while. If he/she still has the same symptoms as before then the food you cut out wasn't the right one so cut something else out; you have to do this until you figure out what your baby's stomach is more sensitive to. It's not that hard to do and you'll just naturally figure things out the more you test. Onions, peppers, garlic and foods like these are foods that will change the taste and smell of your milk that may make your baby more sensitive to your milk. Spinach is really great for you milk and will give your baby tons of great vitamins (spinach dip is a yummy way to eat it), also just your normal veggies and fruits. And like everyone else is saying the obvious, no alcohol, drugs, or cigs.
Good luck and congrats on your new baby.

Anything, just stay away from drugs, alcohol and caffiene. If you eat spicy foods our baby will grow up liking spicy foods, and so on. The flavors pass through the milk so the baby gets used to what you eat.

You should avoid all alcohol, and caffeine. Be careful with spicy foods and too much dairy. Other than that, baby will let you know if you have eaten something she doesn't like. Also, don't be concerned if your milk changes colour-if you eat too much spinach, your milk will turn green! :)

No drugs (non-presciption), alcohol.
I think most anything is ok in moderation. Try reading "the breast feeding book" by dr sears. Even if you aren't a sears fan, the book has a great list of what is safe and unsafe. Good luck.
