Guess you come from south of Watford, but surely even there they have atlases and possibly even access to Encarta.
It is on th upper reaches of the Mersey (which flows into the Irish sea near Liverpool, which is only about 30 miles from Manchester, which has a football team called Manchester United and David Beckham played for them). Is that clear?
