4 hours is about right. Most cars today have small batteries and dont last long. That is why I always get the biggest one that will fit in the tray. All 3 of my cars have a 1200 amp battery although it may not fit in your car. Headlights on means you have both headlights and all the marker lights on too. that is a lot of power being drained. Your battery needs to be put on a charger and fully charged before you can depend on it. I f you jump start it it will last for a little while but will not charge fully from the alternator and may cause dammage to the charging system. You can get a charger pretty cheap at wal mart or a battery store. They are cheaper than a new battery and are good to have just in case. Good luck.

Some batteries will run 120 watts of lights for ten hours. Smaller batteries maybe five hours. Yours is probably not too good any more. Load testing won't tell you anything about how long it will last. Every time you run the battery all the way down, it dies sooner the next time. A new battery is probably in order.

If you keep a GPS plugged it will eventually will drain the battery, however, it could take a week for you to notice a significant drain. I would be less concern about a cellphone charger, since you are transferring energy more than spending energy. I would recommend to unplug your GPS If you are not using your car in the next 24 hrs and unplug your cell phone charger if you are going to leave your car stored for a week.

It depends on how old the battery is. If 4 hours drains the battery, it was probably at least a few years old, and you need a new one. A new battery will not die even if you leave the lights on all night. It depends on how old the battery is.

It varies, but a few hours is normal. If your battery takes a charge and seems to work normally after recharging, you didn't kill it. It is important to re-charge a battery as soon as possible after discharging, as the lead sulfate formed during discharge hardens and becomes less soluble.

Depends on how old the battery is, and depends on how much power your lights use. Different cars different lights.
