I'm living in a loveless and sexless marriage; it's been 2 years since I've had sex, since I won't break my vows.

I don't know if I'm losing interest in sex (sure don't seem to have many rock hard erections lately) because I'm aging and have a couple of health problems or it's just a defense mechanism while I'm stuck in this situation.

It worries me because I don't plan on sticking to this celebacy much longer, but I sure don't want to find myself unable to perform if I ever do get the chance again!

Zinc is also essential for male sexual health.

Go have a physical. Ask about nutritional support, a multi-vitamin, possibly zinc, also. Get over being embarrassed and go to GNC and ask about supplements for sexual health. Check with the doc before starting Anything.

Develop a positive state of mind. Incorporate exercise. Not Olympic training. Go for a walk every day. Do 5 sit ups and some waist twists. Eat right.

Use your big sex organ...your brain....take note again...of what turns you on....then be the man who attracts that.

I am 40 and use Viagra. I don't really need to but believe me the sex is better and lasts longer than when I was 18. And sex more than once in a night is never a problem.

Please don't cheat on your wife, I am sure the "no sex thing" is not fun, but talk to her and tell her how you are feeling and maybe you can get back in the game. Breaking your vows will only bring you both heartache!! You still love her don't you?

I think it's like the old saying "if you don't use it, you lose it". Once you start using it again, you should be just fine. I know of a few men in your situation and once they were out of that relationship, they performed just fine.

Hey Brother, I'm 45 and my wife likes sex about once every 4 months or so. I would go nuts if I didn't cheat. I love my wife but I love sex too and eventually it is going to quit working. But for now it is as trustworthy as ever.
