Yes you need Visa to get in Nepal. Well it is complusory in all country to have visa. Only indian citizen don't need visa in Nepal.

Probably. Just go get a passport to travel there. How long are you planning to stay? For some months or just days. Apply for a visa only if your planning to stay longer than a few weeks. Otherwise, stop stressing about it and enjoy your trip!

if you have nepali passport i dont see any problem from you , but to be safe side go on to hong kong govt website to check . it is better to be safe than sorry.
