Sure, just keep yourself as busy as possible while looking for a replacement. You will probably never really be able to forget her, but you don't want to. Use her to learn from so you don't repeat your mistakes. But, eventually, you WILL GET OVER her--guaranteed. Be patient but keep yourself occupied with positive things.

Just move on, my friend. Wallowing in self pity is not attractive. Who knows? Maybe if you start seeing another woman she'll get jealous. And then you might not want her anymore. The best cure for an old love is a new love.
