It's not the clarinet. You are making the squeeky sound because you are playing it wrong.

it may be which you're enjoying overtones. this is the comparable thought the place you play a C on your clarinet and with out pushing down the sign up key you will get out the G a 12th above and then the E etc etc. it somewhat is often a mix of reeds being too soft and embouchure being too tight. So a answer could be to the two relax or purchase greater solid reeds. for the different concern nonetheless the 1st poster has it quite lots coated

I would change the reed. Also the post about the mouth muscles may also be one of the reasons you are getting the noise.

just some tips:
- did you wet your reed enough
- what number reed are you playing on, maybe you need a smaller one since you havn't played in so long
- try adjusting your mouth on the mouthpeice, remember it shouldn't be on there to far
- make sure all the screws are in tight.

well 5 yrs is a long time...your mouth muscles probably aren't adjusted to it yet or something...try tightening up your embouchure...and maybe get a new reed in maybe a smaller size until you get used to it again? like...2 1/2?? hope it helps! good luck!!

you're either not putting enought pressure on the reed, or your reed may be too dry. suck on the reed for a while to get it damp enough.

Have you tried to change the reed itself?

I suggest adding oil to that valve, to make it better. You could also clear out any spit or anything that may be stuck there. That's all I can think of. Good luck!

There's nothing wrong with it, mine used to do the same thing, you probobly need a little time to reajust with it, I started like that.
