i just got my period,how often should i change my pad?

Well I don't wear pads, just tampons. So, I'd say to change it when it gets almost full. You don't want to wait too long or you might have a leak. The first few days of my period it's pretty heavy and I change my tampon every 3-4 hours. So, just keep an eye out on it. Good luck!

Check it once per hour. Usuallt once every 2-3 hours is good to chenge it. Don't let it get saturated, that isn't good for your skin. It really depends on your flow. Eventually you will get the hang of it and know when to change it.

oo... well you're gonna have to learn how you flow, and i wear tampons I change them 3-4 times a day and wear pads at night the next two days I change my tampon 2-3 times and the alst day I wear panytiner and change it twice

I think it's three to four hours for tampons so I think it's longer for pads.

you should change it according to your flow. but even if your flow isnt bad you should try to change kinda frequent cause of hygiene and sanitation purposes.
