One or two suggestions:
Advantages: if pet dealers are licensed then premises can be inspected and steps taken to protect animals and customers.
Protection of endangered species within breeding programmes.
Disadvantages: So called 'puppy farms' where animals are kept in poor conditions and bred irresponsibly with no regard to weaknesses in the breed.
Unsuitable transportation of pets, causing stress, illness, or death.
Illegal capture and importation of protected species.

some pets may help people to get cure faster than medicine,
some people get a good job and earn money from pet trade
some pet may lost their natural-wild instinct and get stress
some pets get too noisy, you have to observe their habits

advantages of working with animals are they don't talk back(except parrots) and disadvantages some animals stink!
