Well, since my middle name is Michele, I would have to say Michele.
Alexandra is nice also, don't like Maria too much, sounds too old for a baby.

I like Alexandra the best, then Maria, but you should pick whichever you like best, especially if it's for your baby :) I also like the name Sophia or sophie
