Depending on what kind of test you are using, will determine how many days after a missed period it will detect HCG (hormone in urine throughout pregnancy). I would wait and take the test with the first morning urination, because that's when your urine is the most concentrated and the test will be more accurate. You may also have missed your period because of stressing over the possibility of being pregnant. Try and relax, and as hard as it is--wait. I would say that you are not pregnant if you've already done that many tests and they are all negative.

If your pregnancy tests have all been negative then I would just stop taking them. I wouldn't waste money on them. Go to the docs if you have missed your period and they can do a blood test which is sometimes better then the hpt. Being 16 has nothing to do with your hormones, all women are the same and if you are pregnant then you will soon know. I wouldn't waste money anymore if I were you, either go to a docs and do their blood/urine test or go to a Planned parenthood they can do the tests for you for free. Hope this helped

Are you taking the at home test in the morning when your hormones levels are at the strongest. Go to the Doctor or Planned Parenthood to take a blood test. Sometimes young women like yourself will have unusual periods. Stress can be a factor or other things you are doing such as exercising too much can cause irregular periods. You might not be pregnant.

I am not sure you should take another one today. My sister is 16 and has a 5 month old baby, so I know how weird it would be to ask your mom to take you to the doctors, however if you have a planned parenthood near you, I think you should walk there and get one it is confidential and your mom will not know until you tell her. Good Luck =)

I dont think you are pregnant as they have all been a negative result. But if you are really certain that you are then wait a little longer before doing a test or go and see your doctor.

If your period is already late and you are still getting a negative it's probable that you aren't pregnant. At your age having irregular periods is very common. It's very rare for someone to have such low hormones that it wouldn't show up for 2 weeks after a missed period

I wouldnt take it today I would wait another week. I know how hard it is to wait another week but just b/c your 16 has nothing todo with the amount of hormone level you have.

Just cause u missed a period doesnt ALWAYS mean u r preg-o
almost any brand of test will show a real awnser with in a week of a missed period, reguardless of age.As a single father of 3 i would STRONGLY urge condoms. I know it doesnt feel as good but come on. Do you have a career and a babbysitter that can suppurt you for the next 18 years and do u really want to slowly die of aids? dont mean to father you but life isnt forgiving, and neither are children.

you need to wait a week and test again.
Its not uncommon for a 16 year old to skip her period for no known reason.
its also incredibly likely that because you think you're pregnant that your body is acting like it is. Thats how the female mind and body work.
Go to the clinic and get blood work done if you want to know for sure.
