is it just me or does block buster and rogers video have bad customer service?

The Blockbuster by my house is really under-staffed. Usually I have to wait more than ten minutes in the line to check out my videos. They need to do make a plan to get more employees working (and God knows they charge enough in fees to be able to pay their employees a bit more!)
