It seems the little blighters are up to no good in your area too then! In my experience, ASBOs are ok for rowdy fairies, but elves aren't bothered at all. Some elves actually revel in being issued with an ASBO and gain notoriety amongst their peers. The trouble is, if you start culling the elves, you'll end up with teams of hobgoblins smashing your windows and slashing your car tyres. Good luck.
