Get the regular Dawn dishwashing liquid - put it directly on the spot on both sides rub in with your fingernail and wash in the regular wash cycle. It should come out.

I really like Shout, you may need to treat and launder the shirts more than once. Poly or cotton poly blends can be really hard or impossible to get stains out of. The quicker you get after the stain, the better off you are.

My mother taught me how to make a paste made of lemon juice and baking soda. You could do it = parts lemon to soda, but I must say it is a science and must be treated as such. Oh! and remember the stronger you need the the paste to be the thicker the mixture is. P.S. Hope this works!
