Simply because there is no good quality music. I've had to revert to older artists that I love, and I've also started listening to classical. I just can't find any decent new rock/alternative/etc. All the music today just stinks.

As a musician I found that all music consists of all the same elements. You just need to open your mind and give new music a chance, I think you'll find yourself suprised.

because music has changed so much...because society has changed... but there IS good music out there.. you just have to look.. but some are famous and they are still good musicians, like mcr, and tbs

there is good music out there, you just havent heard it yet. there are so many bands out there
