I would say cause his mother was a hamster and his father smelt of elderberries but she isn't and I have no idea what his diddy smells like and do not care...
He does have some beady eyes tho...

actually he looks exactly like a chimpanzee (no offense to chimps!) i mean look at those ears, and that face, of course chimps are much smarter, Cheney has his hand up bush's behind making all the movements and decisions.
