Who else is fed up of her screeching? We need something 'new' in the charts, not another Mariah/Christina/Whitney wannabe!

Ok just to add ~ I never once said Leona was 'crap' or any other obsenity. I simply think she is too much like the others I have listed and we have enough of that - we need more contemporary artists. My taste in music is ecclectic and I agree she can sing but I too think there is no market for her since we have 101 other artists who sing like that. Also, I have a life, I am just expressing an opinion to whoever else thinks I should 'get a life!'

I completely agree, her doing that Whitney song just proves she's too much like that type of singer. She's got a fantastic voice and can outsing any of the other contestants, but I don't know if there's a market out there for her, with her being too much like Christina, Mariah, Whitney, Beyonce.

Leona's performance tonight made my spine tingle, she has an awesome voice. Even some of the best singers can't sing like that LIVE...
I personally like Whitney songs, I still listen to the Bodyguard Album.

she has got a great voice, but she annoys me. it'll be alright if she wins coz shell be the first girl but you are right about her being another mariah (i can't stand mariah carey)
