Yes. I know plenty. I'm transgendered myself (FTM) and I help a glbt welcoming church called the MCC. It stands for Metropolitan Community Church. I believe it's non denominational OR Christian, but I'm not totally sure on that. Anyway, I'm not a member of the church, but I do help out and volunteer there. They do have quite a few trans members. MCC churches are in larger cities all over the country. They're very warm and friendly places for glbt people to worship together and have a sense of community. You should look into it. I'm not a member of the church because I am an agnostic, but that has nothing to do with the church, just my own personal beliefs.

Christ said Himself that all sin, except for blaspheming the Holy Spirit, if forgivable (including being transgendered). Of course, this would raise hard questions that most christians would not agree with. How does one who was transgendered before becoming a christian live their lives. Do we call him a girl or her a guy? And can he or she marry and, if so, as what? The bible really isn't clear on these issues simply because changing genders wasn't known back then. But if a transgendered person can be forgiven by God (and biblically they can be), then that person can become a christian.

At a Presbyterian church in my town the pastor recently came dressed as a women. He announced to the congregation that God had blessed him with the gift of being a transgendered person and that he was changing his name and was going to have an operation to be permanently female. Unfortunately the Prebyterian church did not look favorable upon this pastor and he was removed. This shows two things: (1) You can be a transgendered christian, and (2) It is not acceptable to mainline Protestant churches. For the most part social regards it as unhealthy. Boys are supposed to want to be boys and girls are supposed to want to be girls. If anyone deviates from that healthy viewpoint then he/she is regarded as having a problem.

of route. real Christians have self belief that anybody is equivalent. regrettably, maximum Christians in the present day are not real Christians. anyhow, certain. i imagine they could. all people must be able of be any faith they prefer! and those who disagree... This individual who needs a sex replace can be a extra powerful individual than you. choose people in accordance to what they do and who they are.. not what sugreries they have or what sexuality they are. Who cares. hit upon difficulty-free approaches to love.

If they're into Christ, sure. I'm fairly certain I've met a transgendered mormon, although I'm not sure her church friends know.
