there's a LOT of bad memories there. I mean im from northern ireland and from a young age we've been taught to not like the english, always support the opposite team in football mathches etc. Im sure this goes for wales, scotland too. All of the countries in the Uk today have at one time been conquered by the English, often in brutal ways. Also, even though i agree all those things happened centuries ago, a lot of english people still see themselves as superior to the welsh, scottish and irish, which is just ridiculous.

OK I accept that the majority of tone deaf people must live in scotland. Most of the Irish acts are OK and all the irish are good singers when pis-ed.
I think all bar the sad people who vote for the burger brothers are reasonable and apply their sense of fair play. It isn't fair for a reasonable act to be voted out and cr-p is allowed to stay. I haven't met a single person yet who thought the BB's had any talent.

well you could also say the scots only vote for scottish people!! how the hell do you think the mcdonalds are still in? i have absolutely nothing against scots but in this case its just down to the fact that they arent all that great! if there were some breath takingly great scottish or irish act, then they would absolutely deserve to be there!

Oh my god, it drives me INSANE!!! They always jump on the bandwagon when it will benefit England, but once theres a competition or something, oh no, who cares if they have talent, they are Irish/Scottish, so we won't vote for them!! It makes me so angry

thats rubbish,look at the michelle that won pop idol she was rubbish but the scots voted for her and where is she now? not singing just on a diet show,hell i cant even remember her surname.... ps the mac bros aint that good
