I dont understand ..Im kind of humourous and guys laugh at what I say (very positive sense)..and simple and humble and cool around guys I mean I talk confortabaly with em..But they just dont want to be freinds after some time. Other girls are loud and overconfident aroud guys and guys become friends with them.
I dont want to date them or anything, no sexual relationship but when I go out for a job I wouldnt like to become an outcaste, while others girls group up with them. what makes guys back off?

Am I too simple?? Im in 20ies and plan to get a job soon. Im Single and got good family and education background.

You sound like a very nice girl I wouldn't worry about becoming an outcast especially at work as you get older men will respect you more if continue acting like a lady and you will develop very meaningful friendships. Just be yourself and you will be fine and if the guys you are hanging out with don't like you for who you are then forget about them. I know its cliche but its the truth.

Try being a good listener - everyone likes talking about himself/herself, and not many people like to listen. Ask question that aren't too personal, but that let someone open up a little, and then watch them and listen to them. The key to making friends really isn't in being fascinating - it's in making the other guy feel fascinating. It really works!

I think the biggest turn off to guys world wide is low self esteem. Over confidence is actually NOT confidence. Being comfortable with who you are is very attractive. And I mean that relationship and friend wise.

those loud over confidents girls are usually the bimbos who know absolutely nothing. Obviously they can't get jobs because they're education is on the same level as a 5th grader.

A turn off would be not showing your true self and acting below your age and snobby then that would probably turn anybody off so just act yourself
